Yes, as a scheduled visit. We are not an emergency or 24/7 service, so book a time between 7 AM and 11 PM. We confirm you own or live at the property before opening a door, and the flat rate is quoted before we start.
Can you open my car if I'm locked out?
Yes, as a scheduled visit with the same rules as a door: we confirm the car is yours before opening it, and quote a flat rate upfront. We are not an emergency service. If a child or pet is inside the car, call 911 right away.
Do I need to buy the smart lock myself?
Yes. You supply the lock (Schlage, Google Nest, Ring, Yale, August, Eufy, or a standard deadbolt) and we install, configure, and test it. Not sure which to buy? Text us and we'll point you to a good fit for your door.
Can you rekey my locks instead of replacing them?
In most cases yes. Rekeying makes your existing locks work with a new key, which is usually cheaper than replacing them. We'll tell you if a lock is too worn to rekey.
Do you work on office and business doors?
Yes. We install smart locks, deadbolts and handlesets, and rekey locks, for offices as well as homes. Scheduled by appointment.
Will I get surprise fees?
No. Every lock or hardware job is quoted flat-rate and upfront before we start, with no last-minute service call or damage fees added on site.
